Shining a 'Spotlight' on Excellence

MCH recently celebrated a remarkable group of 268 staff members who were nominated for a Spotlight, each recognized for making outstanding contributions.

These nominees were celebrated for exemplifying the hospital’s core values, performing everyday tasks in extraordinary ways, and representing MCH with pride and dedication.

Nominations were submitted by peers, residents, volunteers, and family members, showcasing a diverse range of individuals whose actions made a meaningful impact. Whether through a kind gesture, unwavering support, or exceptional service, each nominee demonstrated the heart and spirit of MCH.

To honor their contributions, MCH awarded each nominee with a certificate of recognition, a lanyard, and treated them to a special ice cream s'more social—a small celebration for the big difference they make every day.
