Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) recently announced several additions to its management team to better position the organization to meet the needs of residents, families, and staff—while continuing to deliver on its mission of compassionate service, delivered with heart.

The following individuals have recently joined MCH as Unit Administrators. In this role, they will help manage various floors, coordinate and enhance resident care, foster a warm and inviting culture, and support key operational areas:

  • Mark Rumph, Unit Administrator (Friendship 1 West, Friendship 3 West, and Friendship 3 East)

  • Evey Jefferson, Unit Administrator (Hope 2, 3, and 4)

  • Patty Fratangelo, Unit Administrator (Friendship 4E, 4W, and Special Projects)

“The Unit Administrator role reflects our commitment to providing the best possible experience for residents while supporting MCH staff,” said Alyssa Tallo, Executive Health Director. “We look forward to the leadership and positive impact each will bring as we continue delivering exceptional experiences for our residents, their families, and our team.”

About the New Unit Administrators:

  • Rumph holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University. He brings experience from Houston Methodist Hospital, where he served as a Guest Relations Resolution Specialist addressing and resolving patient concerns.

  • Jefferson is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 23 years of experience, including 14 years in leadership roles. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and has her certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). She most recently served as a Neighborhood Administrator at St. John’s Home and plans to return to school this fall to pursue a degree in Health Care Administration. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring others.

  • Fratangelo began her career at MCH 18 years ago in Resident Programs. Most recently, she served as the facility’s first Clinical Risk Coordinator, focusing on investigations and resident safety. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Justice and History from SUNY Oswego and brings deep knowledge of MCH’s culture and policies—shaped by her professional journey and a personal connection through her mother, a longtime MCH nurse.

They join Chris McConnell (Faith 2, 4, and 5) and Brian Ribbeck (Friendship 1 and 2), who became Unit Administrators at MCH last fall.
