Innovative Learning Space Launches
MCH staff finish a stunning makeover of the sixth floor of the Faith Building.
A state-of-the-art renovation has transformed the sixth floor of the Faith Building into a modern training facility for MCH’s Nurse Aide Training Program, launched last year to help individuals interested in becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) kick-start their careers.
The six-week training program offers students paid training, group activities, and real-life learning experiences led by seasoned instructors hand-picked by MCH. These instructors help hundreds of students annually earn their CNA certification in a modern, well-equipped training space.
MCH held a ribbon-cutting with County Executive Adam Bello, MCH administrators, staff and MCH’s Facilities Department, which made the renovation successful. The upgraded space has multiple instructional spaces, along with office, meeting, and storage areas. ... READ FULL STORY
